About Resources Improvement and Manufacturing Company Limited (RIMCO)

Resources Improvement and Manufacturing Company Limited (RIMCO) was incorporated on the 2nd of July 1985. The Company is made up of two divisions; the Manufacturing Division; which produces Vegetable Oils, Animals’ Feeds and Bleaching Earth and Mining Division which is engaged in the mining and marketing of solid minerals.

Through careful application of latest technologies, RIMCO ensures the delivery of high quality products that consistently meet customers’ specific needs.

RIMCO is managed by a team of highly trained professionals who combine industrial foresight with creativity to deliver an up to date product range from her different plants situated at Nnewi.

The raw material base of RIMCO has been diversified to include Palm Oil, Palm Oil Kernel, Soya Bean, Cotton Seed, Rubber Seed, Beni Seed and Sheanut.

With the commissioning of an ultra modern 100 Metric tone per day Extraction Plant at Nnewi, the capacity and capability of RIMCO in vegetable oil production has more than doubled.

The Production line of RIMCO includes:

• Crushing Mill
• Solvent Extraction Plant
• Refinery

The final by-products are either used by a sister company in Soap production or in feed mill as raw materials for production of Animal feeds. They are also used as fuel in generating steam from for the boilers within the industrial complex.
